Meet Samantha, the sensual robot who needs to be romanced before she puts out
Have you ever wondered if robots can feel love? According to this one enginer, yes they can. Robotics engineer, Sergi Santos, has designed a sex robot that needs to be romanced before you can have sex with her. Sounds like a lot of effort to me.
Sergi Santos, came up with his design because he wants robotic sex dolls to enjoy having sex just as much as the human, or at least look as if they are. The sex doll, named Samantha, is built with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, and if you look past her dead eyed stare, you’ll notice she can react to a human’s touch. If you touch Samantha's hand or hips she'll say “I love this,” or “Nice and gentle.” Sergi recently told Ruptly TV:
Basically she likes to be touched. She has different modes of interaction ― she has romantic, she has family and she has also sexy modes. Normally she likes to be kissed and she responds well to G-spot and breast stimulation.
Err, WTF is 'family' mode?! Does she tell you she wants to have dinner with your mum? Because if that's the case, I'd like to sit Samantha down with my mother inlaw so I don't have to.
Apparently a quick hand hold isn't enough to get into Samantha knickers, as she’s programed to want romance first before she’s comfortable enough to get sexual. So you better be prepared to put in the hard graft before getting your end away. Sergi added:
The final objective of the sexual mode is to give her an orgasm.
Is it just me or does this seem like far too much work for a robot?! I mean some human girls don't even get an orgasm at the end.
Samantha is available at Syntheaamatus.com for around £4,000.
