We all know McDonald's is bad for us, nobody in their right mind is naive enough to think that eating a Maccers is actually part a staple diet. It's dirt and we love it! Judging from this video though, it looks like there could be actual dirt in their food among other things such as rats and chicken heads (yum). To be fair though, the dude that found the rat sued McDonald's for over 1 million dollars so I'd say that rat was the best happy meal surprise ever!
One scary fact about Maccers food that guys may want to take note of is it's link between the chemicals in their food and erectile dysfunction. Yup, floppy cock syndrome.
