The in-form Tottenham striker has been included in a 24 man party for the Euro 2016 qualifier against Lithuania and friendly with Italy later this month. There's no room for Danny Ings and Charlie Austin though, with Roy Hodgson naming just three recognised forwards (Rooney, Sturridge and Welbeck) alongside Kane.
Arsenal pair Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain both miss out due to injury, but Aston Villa's Fabian Delph returns to bolster the midfield after being sidelined for the November internationals.
Ben Foster picked up a knee injury in West Brom's win over Stoke at the weekend, therefore only two keepers are named.
