THE WEC HAVE DITCHED THEIR GRID GIRLS

From now on, no more half-naked women at Le Mans or any other endurance event.

It's gonna be so much better this way.  For a start, we won't be exposed to dangerous energy drinks.

 

The photographers won't get distracted either.

 

Bikinis were a common theme actually...






...which was fine at the warmer events such as Bahrain or Texas, but Silverstone in the middle of April?  Risky.

And did you notice how they'd always get in the way of the cars?

 

 

Or paddocks?

 

Or advertising hoardings?

 

Nightmare.

Though having said all that...
