There’s a new ‘American Pie’ movie coming to Netflix
If you were a teen in the late 90s you probably grew up watching and quoting the ‘American Pie’ movies. Following Jim, Finch, Stifler, Kevin and Ostreicher on their journey to score some poonani was pure comedy gold and even though the first film was released 20 years ago, the films actually haven’t dated at all.
As you know there were the core ‘American Pie’ films with the original cast, the last one being American Pie: Reunion and then there were the straight to DVD movies such as Band Camp which were all absolute dogshit. However, Jim’s dad always seemed happy to show up in the shit movies. You’ve gotta appreciate someone who just shows up for the paycheck.
Anyhoo, I’d like to say the latest movie follows on from American Pie: Reunion but alas it seems more like one of the shitty straight to DVD franchise. The upcoming flick is called American Pie: Girls’ Rules and it’s seriously lacking in the comedy element of the trailer is anything to go by. Check it out:
