Dude sues Twitch because he can’t stop wanking over female gamer
A gamer is trying to sue Twitch because apparently it has ‘too many scantily clad gamers’ on there that get him too worked up and it’s causing him to wank too much. Yup! I ain’t making this up.
Erik Estavillo, a self proclaimed sex addict, follows over 700 female gamers on the gaming platform and is now seeking over £20 million in damages for his injured penis which he got from chronic wanking.
When Twitch was approached for a statement on the matter a spokesperson said the case has ‘absolutely no merit’. I mean yeah I kinda figured. It also came to light that this dude has a history of trying to sue companies in the past, including Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony. He also once tried to sue Blizzard for ‘sneaky and deceitful practices’ in their World of Warcraft game. Here’s his case details against Twitch:
Quote:Twitch has extremely exacerbated his condition by displaying many sexually suggestive women streamers through Twitch’s twisted programming and net code making it nearly impossible for the plaintiff to use Twitch without being exposed to such sexually suggestive content.
Included in Estavillo’s 56-page lawsuit are hundreds of images of hot female gamers, who he wants Twitch to permanently ban because they are causing his sex addiction the flare up. Here are some of the gamers he wants banned from the platform because he can’t stop wanking over them.
