So I’ve just heard that there’s ‘An Evening With Whitney Houston’ tour happening in Europe and America which is kinda weird seeing as SHE’S BEEN DEAD FOR EIGHT YEARS!!!!
Audience members who buy a ticket to Whitney’s upcoming tour thankfully won’t be greeted by her corpse, but a digital version of her. She’s being immortalised as a hologram and I’m freaking out about it. The thought of a dead celebrity’s hologram ‘performing’ on stage is just ludicrous and creepy, and it appears I'm not the only one who thinks so:
The production company behind the show promises to use “state-of-the-art, proprietary holographic technology,” which creates a “breathtakingly convincing hologram of the late, great American superstar.” Take a look at what ‘Hologram Whitney’ looks like:
You know what. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. The hologram at times was jaw dropping. Can’t beat the real thing though obvs #WhitneyHoustonHologram pic.twitter.com/xY4NseYm72

What a bunch cretinous vultures. Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law and the executor of her estate is the one who gave this idea the go ahead and she says that Whitney would have wanted it. Erm, I highly fucking doubt it!
