Katy Perry's been caught with her fingers in the Christian rap track till

Back in 2014 Katy Perry released a tune called Dark Horse.

Upon hearing it, a Christian rapper known as Flame was struck by the similarities between her latest banger and his 2009 single Joyful Noise.

He got in touch with his lawyers...

And now, some 5 years later, a court has found that Perry and her writing team are indeed bad, bad copycats. Have a listen for yourselves.
