Fellow prison inmate of Fyre Festival's Billy McFarland reveals what a twat he is!
If you watched the documentary about the doomed Fyre Festival on Netflix, you would have seen what an insufferable bellend Billy McFarland was. Billy, the so-called events organiser, teamed up with Z-list rapper Ja-Rule to create the event which was marketed as a luxury festival on a private island costing £5000 a ticket. But what attendees received was a bunch of damp tents and not enough food to go around. It was an utter shambles. Throughout the entire documentary, Billy seemed completely unfazed about the lives he was destroying in his quest to lay on an event that was totally beyond his capability and financial means. Needless to say, his lying and cheating finally caught up with him when he was recently a 6-year stint in the clink, and the other inmates find him equally as irritating as the rest of us. Here’s what an inmate in Otisville prison in New York had to say about him:
None of the prisoners inside Otisville like Billy. He’s a pompous asshole! Billy thinks that he should not even be there, and he has said this to everyone who wants to listen to him ramble. He tells people inside Otisville that the islanders and the people purchasing the tickets should have educated themselves more in order to see the writing on the wall.
Of course he has seen the documentaries. He can’t shut up about them and they are going to get the Netflix version played inside prison for everyone to see. He gets a ton of letters and doesn’t open them. He lets them sit and pile up and calls it fan mail. He craves attention from the high-end social life and is addicted to that more than he is addicted to his money.
What an absolute dick. Hopefully someone will give him a jolly good shanking. He bloody deserves it!
