Dude who didn’t clean his penis for 24 years, wondered why it smelled so bad!

↓You’d think personal hygiene and self care is just something we automatically have instilled in us but apparently not everyone understands the whole ‘washing’ thing. One dude who could’ve done with a lesson of the importance of washing your genitals is 24-year-old Zack, who went to the doctors with concerns about his smelly penis.  



Zack turned up and told Dr Naomi that his dick smelled pretty bad and that the tip of his penis was itchy and irritated. As she went to pull the foreskin back she discovered a whole heap of rotten knob cheese crusted on that was causing the pungent smell as well as the pain. Here’s the clip:
