Guy dies after injecting silicone into his balls
A 28-year-old guy named Jack Chapman AKA Tank Hafertepen has kicked the bucket after he stupidly decided to inject silicone into his balls.

Apparently Tank started experimenting with body modification after meeting a gay blogger named Dylan Hafertepen, who was also involved in the slave/master scene in San Francisco. Tank decided to become Dylan's slave and had to sign a contract that gave away all of his monthly salary to Dylan. He even took Dylan's surname and promised to wear a chain around his neck.

Apparently Dylan has denied forcing Tank to inject silicone into his balls, but Tank’s mother doesn’t believe a word of it and claims Dylan is 100% to blame for her son's death. Here's what Dylan had to say:

Sounds a bit fucking murky to me. If he's involved in the whole slave scene then he clearly didn't make his bollocks look like footballs of his own accord. It's all a bit much for me. RIP Tank.
