Barbra Streisand clones dogs

She had a Coton de Tulear called Samantha, but it died last year aged 14.
Rather than be sad about it or some shit, she took some cells from Samantha's mouth and stomach and her cloned. Twice!
The two new (?) dogs are called Miss Scarlett and Miss Violet and Babs says; "I'm waiting for them to get older so I can see if they have her (Samantha's) brown eyes and her seriousness”, adding that "they have different personalities".
Different personalities. Something to cross off your 'things you wanted to know about cloning but were too afraid to ask' list there at least.
I dunno, this all just seems a touch off-key to me. Just because you can afford to do something it doesn't mean you should. Or more to the point; be allowed to.
