'Cult of Chucky' trailer looks set to be bloodier than ever!

The creepy ginger doll is back! After four years away, Chucky returns and he is out for blood. Universal Pictures has just released the first trailer for Cult of Chucky and the little dude can be seen doing what he does best - killing people.

Don Mancini, who wrote the original movie and directed Seed of Chucky and Curse of Chucky, has returned as director and intends to make this film more blood-soakedthan ever. He also wants this movie to be slightly less ridiculous than the other films in the Child's Play franchise.

The synopsis reads:
Cult of Chucky sees Chucky return after the events of Curse of Chucky to continue terrorizing his wheelchair-bound human victim, Nica. That isn't all. This time, Chucky also has some scores to settle with his old enemies, including Andy from the original movies, all with the help of his former wife, Tiffany. You best believe, there will be blood. As of right now, there are no plans to release Cult of Chucky in cinemas, but you'll be able to get it on DVD around Halloween time.
